Hi Mr. Nawaz,
I am having a bad cold.Here outside, the temp is about 16 degrees celcius.It is very cold. 1.Thin watery fluid comes from my nose. 2.Scratchy, burning and itchy sensation in throat. 3. Constant empty swallowing. 4. Lacrimal ducts in eyes itch a lot.Constant scratching of eyes, with no relief.Right eye itches more. 5.Feeling of fever in the throat and head but no temperature. 6. Lips are dry and cracks in lips.skin peeling. Nothing more to pen now. Thanks for your time and energy you put for my case.

Hi Mr. Nawaz,
1) The cold does not leave me. Now I am also feeling feveresh, but with no fever.There is a lot of hawking of cold which is clear like the white of egg only a little thicker.The cold is a little difficult to come out.I have to pull it in and take it out from the mouth.
2)There is a slight pain while empty swalling.
3)The throat is dry and a little burning of throat.
4)Thirst but drinks very little water.
5) Likes to drink hot tea.
6)Lot of flatulence.Passing of foul smelling gas.
7)Lacrimal ducts especially right eye itches a lot.Scratching aggravates.
8)AC of any vehicle aggravates my cold and throat symptoms.
9)Itching of scrotum and fold fo skin between scrotum and thighs has returned,with a foul smell.
10) foot sweat has a very foul smell.
Nothing more to pen at present.

Hi Mr. Nawaz,
The cold has not gone at all.
1) There is a lot of dryness in the throat, but with little thirst. thirst for little cold water.
2) Nose gets blocked. Lot of hawking from nostrils.trying to clear cold at back of nose,which does not come out.blowing out of air from the nose by hawking.
3) constant swallowing of little little cold at the back of throat.
4) lot of rough and scrapy sensation in back of throat.Burning of throat.
5) Every 10-15 minutes blowing of blobs of cold from any one side of nose of thick colourless jelly,which gives temporary relief.
The symptoms are worse when I go outside the house. Symptoms are better inside the house.Warmth is better.
6)At present the itching,between legs and scrotum has returned with full force.
7) I get a good sleep at night.But I dream a lot.
Nothing more at present.

Dear Mr. Nawazkhan,
My cold has all but gone.
The Itching is as strong as ever.I have to apply antifungal cream everyday.
Major improvement is that I have not had the embarresment of bed wetting till date, which is very very good.
Fear of ghosts and the dark remain.Cannot remain alone in the house even during the day.Strangely though I do not like company.They should be somewhere else in the house.
Nothing more to pen.

Urgently Mr. Nawaz,
I have got a sudden attack of severe cold and sore throat.May be because I had taken a luke warm bath though the outside temp is 20 degrees celcius, I do`nt know.
Symptoms are;
1) burning in throat and nose and eyes.Feeling feverish,but with no fever.
2)Pain on swallowing sputum.Eating food does not pain.
3)Watery liquid coming profusely out from nose.
4)Scratchy rough sensation in throat.
5)Body ache.
6)Couldn`t sleep at night as nose was leaking as well as blocked.and it troubled a lot.
7)Constant blowing of nose. Nose also getting blocked.Colourless liquid mixed with yellow matter comes out.
8)Lower back knees ache a lot.tendency to stretch.
9)Spasms of sneezing of 4 to 5 sneezes comes out voilently.Sneezing every 15-20 minutes.sneezes with eyes watering.
10) Lying down aggravates.
11)Very little thirst for cold water,not hot water.likes to drink hot tea.
12)wants hot food also spicy.
