Atypical/TN Neuralgia

My daughter has severe facial pain diagnosed as ATN after a tooth extraction about 16 months ago. She is experiencing severe pain in the lower left jaw area. Pain also extends to bottom and upper teeth as well as weird headaches sometimes. When experiencing bad pain her lips swell (mostly upper lips). She is on opiods for pain relief but really doesn't seem to be helping lately. She also suffers from depression and anxiety. Any homeopathic remedies you can suggest?

day 1 and day 2

Please take three doses of Staphysagria 200 as follows...

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

day 3 to day 15

Please take 2 pellets of the following tissue salts (at a time) in the morning and afternoon...
mag phos 6x
silicea 6x

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Please report after 15 days.

Thank you for your response. Will any medications interefere with any of the remedies you have suggested? My daughter takes depression and anxiety medication as well as prescribed narcotics for pain.

Please continue with her other medicines for the time being. Later you should taper off these medicines if she gets relief with homeopathic remedies.

Does 'no coffee' mean none at all or no coffee 30 mins before or after taking medicine?

In your case it is no coffee 30 mins before or after taking medicine. But don't drink more than 2 cups coffee a day.
In other cases where coffee antidotes the remedy it should be avoided during the treatment period.
