This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I am speaking from personal experience with implants for teeth as I am now 82+ years old and have had 5 implanted teeth in my upper jaw.

I did NOT take any antibiotic although the Maxillofacial Surgeon who did my teeth prescribed Amoxil 500. I took Arnica 30c in the Wet dose every 2 hours after surgery and was surprised to observe that there was no infection or pain at all after every implant.

I believe that this is due to the Arnica increasing the blood supply to the gums and it may also be filtering any bacteria in the implanted bone in some mysterious manner that I do not understand. I did not have any pain whatever as I have used Arnica in this manner for all teeth extracted.

You may like to know that Arnica 30 in the Wet dose is the best analgesic for a Tooth Ache.
