Swollen adenoids in 18 month old.

Hello, I suspect my son has swollen adenoids. I have taken him to the pediatrician's office about two weeks ago for his well check. The doctor thought he possibly had a sinus infection and prescribed some antibiotics. Unfortunately, the problem is still persisting. He is actually really well tempered during the day but is having trouble sleeping at night. He is waking frequently, sometimes snoring, sometimes mouth breathing and I can't help but think it is his adenoids. About a year ago, we had taken him to an allergist who had suggested we get an xray to see if his adenoids were enlarged which he thought might be a reason for his congestion. Anyhow, the congestion went away and he was sleeping great. Now he is up again almost every hour sometimes more. The doctor pointed out that he is a late teether (still waiting on bottom molars).

I was thinking of using calcium phosphate but have no idea on dosage or if this would be a good option.

Thanks for your help in advance!!
