heache and acidity

i'am having pain in upper abdomen
and also heart burn after eating and also headache and weakness from last 1 month
please can u suggest me a medicine will nux vomica be ok for me? and i have also lost 3 kgs because of this in the last 1 month. and also feeling ver weak

1. Nux Vomica-30 6 pills 2 times a day
2. Ferrum Met-30 6 pills 2 times a day
3. Compound no 25 4 pills just before and after your lunch and dinner
