acne on back of thighs

I have infected follicles near the underarms and back of the thighs. What to do about them? I do not want them to spread ny further.

Mercurius 200c three times a day for five days along with Calendula mother tincture ten drops morning and bedtime should clear the eruptions on the thighs.
