Dry cough.

My husband has cough for the last one week ,its dry and mostly in the night. since yesterday he is feeling slight sore throat but no fever/cold /heartburn /infection. I gave hime one dose of sticta 6c in the morning but no relief then i gave him one of bryonia 30c but still no change . please advise .Thank you so much.

Please take Spogia Tosta-30 6 pills 3 times a day and Arsenic Abl-200 6 pills at bed time

I did not find spogia.Is there any other medicine for dry cough?
