Irritble baby

Our son Mason is 10 months old. He's been very healthy, has never taken any medications except a tab of tylenol about a week ago. He's never had any hospitalizations and the pregnancy with him went very well and he was born all naturally with no medication.

He got a really bad case of bronchitus at about 4 months old and was prescribed Kali Carb by a local homeopathic doctor but other than that he has been healthy. We would love to take him back to her but we simply cannot afford it so I thought I would see if anyone can help us on here.

The past couple months he has been very irritible. He has been teething and just had four teeth come in last week. We like to feed him by the Weston a Price guidelines and have been giving him an egg yolk a day for the past month. About 5 days ago we noticed that he had alot of diarrhea and he would poop multiple times during the day and early in the morning. I continued the egg yolk and he got a fever which continued to go upwards untill about 2 days ago and it hit 104.5. We took him to the ER amd he got some tylenol and it went down and the next day I gave him another egg yolk and it went up to 105.7 and I put him in a cold bath and that took it down enough for him to sleep it out and I have discontinued the egg yolk. Today and yesterday he's recovered and his poop is starting to look like normal but he is still very irritible. I thought maybe he could be teething again but I dont know for sure. He wants to be held and gets upset when I put him down.

He also still at 10 months old gets up 3 times a night to eat. His personality is that he is extremely social and wants to be around people. He also doesnt like being restrained or kept from doing anything he's set his mind to do. He wants to get into and play in everything and loves when people pay attention to him.

I would love for him to get some relief from whatever is bothering him.

you can try chamomilla 200 potency only a single dose should be given and waited for one week.

you may get some symptoms worse. that is a good indication. better you must talk to a person who has a minimum knowledge of homeopathy.
good luck.

It seems obvious to me that you started your son on solids far too early by giving him the yolk of an egg when he was only 9 months old. I have no idea of your Weston a Price guidelines but the general rule is to wean a baby at a year by slowly introducing solids but never egg yolk to his feed. He seems allergic to eggs as he responded with a fever of 104+ and on the day after with 105+. You must understand that this extremely high temperature is far above what the constitution of a baby can possibly tolerate and you are advised never to play around with experimenting on his tender body in future in this manner.

It is not at all unusual for a baby to want a feed 3 times at night and I presume that his body is demanding the extra feed to make up for the growth lost by the high temperature.

It is unlikely that he has any medical condition today but if he does have any problems in the future which you would like to discuss, please feel free to ask.

We have put off introducing solids untill 9 months. At this point he would take food off of our plates chew it up and eat it. He was very interested in eating and that is why we introduced when we did.

My husband and I eat the recommended diet by the weston a price foundation. They have alot of solid information and years of research to back up their information and that is why we chose to feed our son that way. I realize that the egg yolk is causing problems and we are going to wait and introduce them again at 1 year.

I appreciate your opinion but my reason for posting was to get him help for whatever is causing him to be irritible. I only mentioned the symptoms caused by the egg yolk in case it would help determine the remedy. He has had the symptoms for months though and they dont have anything to do with the egg. We had not introduced food untill a month ago and the symptoms I described were present before then (The irritibility).
