Severe pain & cramps in lower abdomen during 5 days of Periods.cramps in thighs.
Flow is less on first & second day but more on 3rd & 4th day.
Feel very week and cold.chills in feet.

ID: Tripti_j, age 40 yrs housewife married (13yrs old son C-section delivery) Weight 56 kg Height 158CM,Indian living in UK (cold tropical climate)fr last 2 yrs.Was in India before that (pune).
Complaints : 1:gas,Rumbling in stomach IBS (since chilhood).
Taking Lycopdium gives releif.
2:Cramps&Pain in lower abdomen during 5 days of periods only. more severe since last 5 yrs.
Non diabetic desire sweet feel thirsty tongue clear taste neutral BP normal not taking any medicine.
take paracetamol for stomach pain only during periods.
Feel very uncomfortable during 5 days of periods.Feel very week &cold. chill feet.
Sitting, lying down in warm place with hot water bottle is comfortable. Don't feel like standing.eating, Light exercise & walking give releif.Do not want to be disturbed.don't feel like talking. veery hot or very col weather is uncomfortable.
No regular medication. Take Lycopodium, Nux or pulsatilla for gas .Took Homoeopathic treament for piles in 2002.
I'm Science postgraduate,housewife Like to read cook. Like sweet or protien rich food like beans dal milk curd paneer chicken.don't like potato brinjal peas.
milk, dal & beans increase gas.
criticism makes me angry. sensitive patient good listener introvert love my family like to take care & cook for family.trust people but scared of strangers.scared of height.
location of cramps is lower abdomen around belly button.
urine colour pale yellow,stool dark brown,saliva colourless.
flow during the periods is little on first2 days & more on 3rd 4th & 5th day with some clots, red or dark red.
cycle is regular of 25 days (winter)to 28 days (summer)

few more points I forgot to report.
during periods I feel nervous counfused & week.
may be some mucous mixed with the flow is there.
do not like bright light & noise.do not like to be touched.

Thanks a lot fr yr help.
The medicines are working.
Mag. Phos. 30x helps in relieving pain.
I have to take 4 doses of mag. phos. for pain.
pain,Nervousness & chills have reduced by 90% after taking medicines.
Do I have to continue these medicines after 15 days?
One more thing I forgot to mention is that I'm taking Calc. phos.6x 4-pills everyday as my family has history of osteoporosis. Is it ok to take it along with these medicines? | | |

My health is much better.
Last period date was 28th sept. Chills & cold feet were less 90%.Pain in abdomen & nervousness has reduced .I could sleep at night.
Still taking Sepia 200.
But I had headache. I'd run out of mag phos.Trying to find it in UK. I took belladona 30 for headache.It helped.

4th Sept
1st oct.
26th oct.
I feel cold & weak with mild headache & stomach cramps.
Weather in UK is changing & getting colder (10 degree difference from sept. teperature.)
I'm taking sepia 200 twice everyday but am not able to get Mag. Phos. in the market here.

This month's MC date was 24th nov.
Cold feet has reduced but cramps are still there.I Could not sleep for fist 2 nights because of cramps.
Tried to get Mag Phos from this site but they do not supply homoeo. medicines to UK

Please take
1. Pulsetilla-200 6 pills 2 times a day
2. Mag Phos-200x 3 pallets 2 times a day
Keep 30-40 minute gap between above two
You can bring these medicines from India if your friends and relatives are coming to UK. One of relative at UK does same thing

I have pulsatilla 30 in liquid form please advice how to take it.and how long should I take it.
Should I continue taking sepia 200 with it?
My friend had brought Mag. phos. 6X from India but it tastes very bitter so I'm not taking it.It is made by some Ralson Remedies Pvt. Ltd. in Delihi.
I will try to ask someone else to bring it for me.
