Persistent Diarrhea in baby

My son is 13 months old and has had diarrhea (on somedays just very loose stools) for over a month now. The Dr. tested his poops for everything that I guess they normally test for; bacterial infections & common viruses, and came up with nothing. The did find blood in his stool, and lately he has had a lot of mucus in his stool which from what I read can be an indicator of tears or ulcers in his intenstines. I need answers asap! I am so worried about him. He hasn't lost any weight, and doesn't seem to be in any great deal of discomfort, sleeps through the night, and is a busy little boy during the day, but this can not be normal. The GI specialist can not see us for another 3 1/2 weeks! I can't wait that long! His diaper rash is terrible, and I am 5 months pregnant and trying my hardest not to stress about him, but everytime I change his diaper (he is pooping 3-6 times a day) it just makes me worry more. If you have any experience with something like this please help!
I am feeding him a very simple diet, no juice and no fruit outside of bannanas as those things seem to make his condition much worse. I've tried a probiotic but it didn't seem to help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him 2 pills of Nux Vomica 200c in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects in next 7 days.

Please don't give him anything to eat/drink within 15 minutes before/after the medicine.
