Plz nawaz khan help

I have taken too many remedies but no one cure me i am suffering from mental anxiety and depression due to impotence and other ailments. I am sensitive to homeopathy remedies. Last month i have used lyco 1m which gives me some relief after that i have used daktersaab advice in this forum what will i do my parents pressing me for marriage but i am not in a good health now.plz dr
