Back Muscle Pain,Lumbar region
I suffer from lumbar muscle cramp specially right side when ever I do some hard labour,like frequent sitting,carrying a bucket of water.But ones the pain starts I cannot bent my back.The pain runs along the side of the vertibral column in the muscle.A digital x ray was also done 6 month ago at the advice of orthpaedic surgeon, of the lumbar region ,but the report showed no problem with the vertibral column.The pain subsides with use of painkiller.Recently I have developed pain in the base of the neck .Please adviceneelabh on 2011-08-15

1. Bryonia-200 6 pills morning and Rhus Tox-200 6 pills evening
2. 'Cherry Plum' 4 drops 2 times in teaspoonful water
