Soar Throats before Period

I almost always get a soar throat before my period starts. I know this must be related to my hormones. It is a raw and dry sensation. Warm liquids make it feel better. Any suggestions? Is Sepia a good option, and if so, I had once read Sepia is a remedy that should not ever need repeated. Is this accurate?

There is not enough information given here to make a prescription. Case-taking in homoeopathy is quite involved, as you can see from the questions that Nawaz has posted.

It might be useful to have a look at the following articles that describe what information a homoeopath needs to make an accurate prescription.

Sepia would only be a good option if it suited the whole case - so if you were a Sepia person, so to speak, or your health was out of balance in the 'Sepia' pattern. The need for a remedy shows itself in all your various levels of health - mood, energy, sleep, appetite, various organs, skin, dreams and so on.

Every remedy can be repeated, and for most people, will need to be repeated. There is a lot of misinformation floating around out there about homoeopathy. It pays to educate yourself as much as possible :)
