dairy sensitivity

Hello,
I have eliminated dairy for a while and when I came back to reintroduce it I realised that I am sensitive to dairy. I have learnt that I can eat a little bit, but not too much and get away with it. However sometimes I eat too much and suffer the consequences - runny blocked up nose which i can live with, but I also have some annoying symptoms like my heart racing, tightness of chest, insomnia or adrenaline jolts waking me up periodically throughout the night, restlessness, nervous energy, anxiety, and geographical tongue. Couple of days after, when dairy gets out of my body I'm back to normal. I wanted to ask if there is any remedy I could take should I overdo it again. The symptoms that bother me the most is the insomnia and my racing heart, tight chest.
many thanks,
Eva

Thank you so very much for getting back to me! I have looked through my homeopathy kit and calc carb but in a potency of 30C, in the form of small sucrose pills. Can I take this in lower potency and if so should I increase dosage?

Many Thanks again!!

Please take 5 doses of calc carb 30 at a gap of 12 hours instead of 3 doses of calc carb 200.
