Left Ventricle Hypertrophy

Dear Professionals,
I am suffering from left ventricle hypertrophy. I am feeling anxiety, contraction and a little pain in left side of throat and deep behind the left ear. On ECG is has been observed that left ventricle hypertrophy is developing. Kindly suggest suitable remedies for the purpose.

Further to above I included that contraction and anxiety feels when I stoops or on exertion which also feels on upper portion of left side chest.
