immediate help !!!!!!! persistent redness on skin

Hello,

I am aged 27, male individual. I have this problem persisting for almost 3weeks now.

problem statement:
1. My nose (as in attached pic) has a red patch and it doesnt go. I feel little itchy, but it is not at all painful when I touch it.
2. Doctor has put me on doxycycline and metrodizanole ointment for 30days.
3. I dont want to continue on antibiotics like this and am too afraid
4. Everyday morning when I wakeup and take hot shower bath, the redness becomes more and it stays like that for next 2-3hours before slowly subsiding to some extent. But it doesnt go away completely.
5. I have come to this forum, seeking some real homeopathic expert advise and that will really work for me and finally heal me......plssssssssss

I have hardly any idea what to do now, should I live like this? will it not go?
