Respected Forum members,I am a 21 year old boy,I started masturbation when i was 11 years old and i am still continuing.. situation has arrived as such i think its impossible for me to stop this evil act. I request you to please help me in my problem.
Following is my profile
Height : 5.9
Weight: 53 Kgs
Color: White
No other parental diseases
but i have suffered jaundice several times.
following are my problems:
1) Excessive masturbation (cant stop in any manner)
2) No Confidence at all
3) Always upset and irritated
4) Cant concentrate on theory subject
5) Very week body
6) semen flows from my penis when ever i think of sex
7) Lower back, knee and leg pain a lot. knee are clod when i touch them.
8) My inner wear turns pale yellow due to sweat and i have a very bad sweat smell
9) Very hard Constipation
10) not at all motivated
11) thinks like i cant do any thing.
12) cant concentrate on any thing
13) cant think much always feel dizzy
14) week memory
15) Frequent Urination
16) Foul Smell in urine
Please help me on this problems i am waiting for it....

day 1 and day 2
Please take three doses of Calcarea Carb 200 as follows...
day 1 morning
1st dose
day 1 evening
2nd dose
day 2 morning
3rd dose
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
day 3 to day 15
please take 2 pellets each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours
kali mur 6x
kali phos 6x
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

If lycopodium 200 has helped you it is better to stick to that remedy. You should repeat the remedy whenever there is a relapse in your symptom.
The second remedy that has been suggested is also indicated for uncontrollable urge to masturbate. You may see whether it helps in your urge.
It is not wise to expect any magical results here. The things may move slowly.
Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Kapalbhati Pranayam and Anulom Vilom Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. You may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.

I have heared about Staphysgaria 200, which is very good in masturbation avoidance. so would it be fine if i consume this medicine.

Please take 3 doses of staphysagria 200 and see whether it helps in next 15 days. Nux Vomica 200 and Bufo Rana are the other remedies that may help you. Please have of a gap of atleast 10 days between any 2 remedies.

But when i go to bed sexual thoughts comes to my brain like rain drops which forces me to masturbate. Even i used Ustilago 200 but no effect on this thoughts.
I am very weak my body is thin with very little energy i am 22 years old but when people meet me they say you look like 26.
