anxiety

I have extreme anxiety due to an uupcoming event which will last about a week.
this has caused my blood pressure to spike a lot.
the Dr. prescribed ativan, but this can be addictive.
can you please help!

arg nit 6c, twice a day for a few days.

After a week, Spigelia 30 and Phosphoric Acid 30 alterantely to prevent recurrance. Continue only for a few weeks (1 dose in a day)
