Torn ligament in lower back not healing.

Sorry, I'm posting this again as I put my name in the title bar by mistake. I am a 56 year old woman. I have had orthotics fitted last December to correct my gait and fallen arches which got rid of the pain in my groin/thigh knee and ankle. However soon after in February I overdid the walking and according to my podiatrist/osteopath have apparently torn a ligament in my lower back which has given me very bad pain in the original places and makes me 'click' horribly. Apparently I haven't kept myself immobile enough to heal the ligament and it's still not better. Please could somebody suggest something to help with the healing process and reduce the inflammation etc. I am getting depressed and frustrated at not being able to walk much and do anything and have put on a lot of weight around the middle. I ate a lot of dairy - yoghurt and cheese - and am now cutting down as I know that it makes me very acidic and 'cracky' in the joints and also seems to fatten me up but I'll never be able to give up the cheese. I don't want to have to have anti-inflammotory injections (the next step if no better in a month). I have also started taking Cissius hoping that it will help. Please could someone advise me. Many thanks. Tina

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take 2 pills each of Arnica 30c and Rhus Tox 30c (at a time) daily in the morning and evening for a week and see how it affects.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
