Dear doctor my bp and dizziness still same 155/105

arnica 6 wet was using so what to do i am worried about high bp and dizziness other stock as follows any of them good remedy or any your suggestion?

1-Glonoinum 200
2-Graphites 200
3-ignatia 200
4-conium 200
and ur recommned Nat Mur 6x stillnot arrived i am waiting for...
