breast reduction

hi my name is Ruby, 38 i have large breasts which have become saggy. i am a 38DD and my breasts have become very concerning as they are really too heavy for me and have been giving me problems in my back, as when i wear a bra my shoulders ache as they feel like they have a heavy burden on them. i would like some sort of homeopathic remedy to make them smaller and firmer as it has been very upsetting for me. any early feedback would be appriciated. thankyou
