post partum hair loss

Hi! I have a beautiful almost 4 month old baby girl.
Similiar to my last post partum period, I have bald patches at the the temples and lose so much hair especially when washing my hair. I have anxiety before washing my hair and try to only wash it once or twice a week. I am constipated regularly (sorry) and feel resentful and angry often about doing household chores.
My husband is somewhat helpful, so I want to stress that some of my feelings are not warranted. I am also breastfeeding. Please help!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Kali Carb 200 as follows and report back after 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

It seems like my symptoms are worse. Is this normal?

I would say that day my hair falling and mood were the worse. The next day was better all around. This morning my hair was falling more. I did not sleep last night. My little one was so restless most of the night. Neither breast feeding or holding comforted her. She was not crying. Just in a restless half asleep state. Each night this occurs, the next day my symptoms are so much worse. Maybe my infant is the one who needs the remedy! :)

Thatswhy homeo remedies should not be taken repeatedly without assessing impact of earlier doses. So please wait for 15 days as suggested.

Can you please give the following information in respect of your daughter.

1.Whether she prefers warm surroundings ie whether she likes to be covered or she prefers cold surroundings and open air.

2.Whether she has a mild disposition or an irritable diposition. How is her attitude towards her friends and relatives?

3.What physical problems, if any does she have.

4.At what time she feels better and at what time does she feel worse like in the morning, evening, late night etc.

5.What do you think is the causative factor for starting her problems.

6.How is her thirst for cold drinks, hot drinks and water?

7.How is the bowel movement? Normal, constipated or loose.

8.Whether the child prefers to move around or prefers to keep still.

1.Whether she prefers warm surroundings ie whether she likes to be covered or she prefers cold surroundings and open air.
She prefers warmth at night and body heat. If she is fussy in the day, she enjoys fresh air. She is only four and a half months and old

2.Whether she has a mild disposition or an irritable diposition. How is her attitude towards her friends and relatives?
Mild. Happy. Friendly to all. Has become less friendly toward strangers if she can not see me.
3.What physical problems, if any does she have.
Tendency to be gassy, but has improved some. She tends to have rough skin, but new soap has taken much of that away.

4.At what time she feels better and at what time does she feel worse like in the morning, evening, late night etc.
1-4am restless. Difficulty winding down during naps.
Very difficult to settle.

5.What do you think is the causative factor for starting her problems.
She is drooling and putting fingers in her mouth--teething maybe?
6.How is her thirst for cold drinks, hot drinks and water? Breastfed only

7.How is the bowel movement? Normal, constipated or loose. normal

8.Whether the child prefers to move around or prefers to keep still.
She likes both. She won't protest to be carried, but loves to roll around on the floor. She is trying to sit up on her own and she rolled over a day before she became 4 months. Positively hates the carseat and is often fussy in the car

Thank you so much for your expedient reply> We were up every two hours last night and it is nice to know that relief is on its way.

I can't thank you enough. I just washed my hair and it was the first time that my hair seemed normal. I just put hair product in my hair and my hand are empty after running my fingers through my hair! Hopefully, in a few months my hair will regrow, but in the meantime, you helped stop the madness! Thank you !

She was a little better and then last night up every 2 hours and very restless. She was passing a lot of wind! Seems to be teething, but no sign of any teeth. She is drooling ( abit better), putting anything she can in her mouth, and still spits up often. Breastfeeding comforts her, but from midnight-4am she is very restless peaking at 2 am. A bit better at settling to sleep, but still challenging.
Thanks in advance.

Thank you. One more theory or observation. It might not change anything, but I wonder if it is important. She wants to suck at night constantly. She wakes up when her pacifier falls out of her mouth or my breast!
