Stammer, nervousness, anxious thougts- need remedy!
Hi, im a 25 year old girl, im a covert stammerer since childhood, iv hid it for years but still hav problems on a lot of words, along with that im anxious about being in town and going around the shops where there are a lot of people, i hav horrible negative anxious thoughts when im talking to friends and some certain family members, im findin myself cuttin myself off from everyone and with life, can u recommend anything that might help?? im gettin depressed because of itsannyd10 on 2011-04-17
