Dry patch of skin under eye

About a month ago, my 4 year old son had a dry patch of skin under one eye. It appeared as though he had scratched himself, so I assumed it would resolve over a few days - however it did not.

I have put a small bit of cortizone cream on it, it seems to help (but not resolve).

I have also been nightly applying a bit of vitamin E oil on the dry skin.

It sometimes appears better, but generally is light pink and shows lines, and looks quite uncomfortable (although he hasn't complained once).

I have psoriasis; his doesn't look like the classic patchy scales of psoriasis, but it is possible he will tend to have dry skin given my history.

Is there a homeopathic treatement for dry skin generally, or to support skin health otherwise?
