breech baby + retroverted/tipped uterus : remedy?

my wife is pregnant. She's 38.

we already have a kid (2.5 years). First pregnancy was ok with the following caracteristics :
-kid was born 3,5 weeks before end of pregnancy (technically he was not considered premature)
-lots of contractions very early during pregnancy (2nd trimestre)
-retroverted/tipped uterus
-baby in breech (feet) position : delivery ok without C-section

between first and current pregnancy, another pregnancy that ended with medical abortion due to non viable-foetus diagnosized at first ecography.

current pregnancy's gone ok so far(5 months) but doctor says that uterus is again retroverted.

I read that retroverted/tipped uterus leads more frequently to premature babys.

So can anyone advice a remedy (does it even exist?)that could help the uterus back to a normal position? Same for baby in breech position : remedy helping to a normal position? Or a regulatory remedy in order to minimize all stuff that occured so far (1rst pregnancy problems, medical abortion the second time)

Thanks for help provided.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I am not aware of any homeopathic remedy that can reverse a retroverted uterus, but for turning a breech baby, the remedy PULSATILLA is the primary remedy, but you wouldn't obviously want to try to turn the baby until the last month of the pregnancy.

Remedies that are helpful with premature labor are caulophylum, cimicifuga and pulsatilla, but you need to look at the modalities to choose which would be best. But, again, you wouldn't want to take those until symptoms appear.

The cell salt Kali Phos is recommended as a general tonic for pregnancy that she could start taking now.

A visit to a professional homeopath would be best. Do you need help finding one?
