headache/migraine

Hi
I get headaches whenever I eat chocolate. It always come after 3pm and into the night and is behind the eyes. It is definitely triggered by chocolate and is sinus allergy headache as paracetamol wouldn't fix it I have to take sinus relief pills. If I only a little it is a headache but more it turns into a migraine. I ahve only had chocolate twice in the last coulpe of months but just noticed the correlation. And it is nearly Easter!!!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I can see by looking over your other posts, that these headaches are an ongoing problem for you. Are the symptoms of the headache being used to explore remedy choices for you?

Very perceptive of you Brisbane homeopath. I always like reading your posts. I was under a sydney homeopath but she prescribed 7 drops under the tongue daily of carbo veg and she never offered we a lesser dose and said I was too sensitive for homeopathy. So I don't use her anymore . I am sensitive but can handle a diluted dose in water. So those headaches were aggravations. But on the Remedy Finder I can't find a remedy that helps headaches from food.

Did you want me to try and prescribe something? We could try by going in through the headaches first if you like - you know of course thatI like quite a lot of information before making a remedy choice.

No . I will leave it thanks. Might be easier to avoid chocolate. I thought there might be a remedy which matches headaches from chocolate.
