New Consultation for Kadwa please respond, Thank you.

Dr. Kadway, I realize that I have many issues but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Hopefully I can get help for everything. Questionare below along with my responses.

Patient ID: justme2011 Sex:F Age:37 Date of Birth: 03/14

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering?

Recently, what has been happening is that right after my period is over…I sometimes get a little bump that is sensitive, it hurts, and it itches in the vulva area. Sometimes the bump is somewhere in the surrounding skin of the clitoris or next to it (or on skin a little higher). Wearing sanity napkins for so many days in row sometimes bothers my skin so I thought this bump must be an allergic reaction. The bump goes away on its own. This does not happen every month. I was doing some research and I think these might be Sebaceous Cysts. Right now this is probably my biggest concern and I would like to know what would help.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?

I have benign heart palpitations (PVC’s) coming for the lower chamber of the heart. The doctor said they are not dangerous but they do annoy me.

I am overweight. I have colic. I have acne (a little under control) but I still get some (especially right before period every month). Recently, I am getting headaches. I am Always Tired/No Energy.

I will be visiting my primary physician soon. I keep postponing my physical check up. I need to get my blood work done, I am pretty sure my cholesterol is high.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?

I am not sure if my feelings are assoicated with my physical sufferings but my mental and emotional state is probably worse than anything physical. I feel anxiety, i feel stressed out about everything, I am a very nervous person, I worry About Everything and Everyone. I have little patience, I feel sad, I feel like crying, I have real bad mood swings. I feel hopeless. AND I feel protected when I keep all this inside, I feel uneasy showing my feelings. Then some days I feel happier. I feel that my moods sometimes hurt the people around me, when I don't respond in a nice way.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?

Anxiety

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?

No, I think Life Happened. This has progressed slowly through out the years. I married young and had my children young. The older I get, the more the stress worsens and all my other mental and emotional feelings just get worse.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?

Evernings at home and Afternoons at work.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?

This question is difficult to anwer because I don't know why I feel this way. I have a wonderful family and I know they love me.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

Maybe, I am already starting to get Pre-menopausal? My mother went through menopause in her early 40's. I also noticed that when spring or fall comes, I get even more depressed. I don't know if there is any connection but I find it very interesting that everytime spring is coming or fall is coming I feel so much Melancholy for about a month, From Around 02/21 to 03/21 and then around 08/21 and 09/21.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?

I LOVE the Winter and Fall. They make me feel better. The smell, the colors, the sounds. I even feel happy writing about it!

10. Describe your general mental set up? I tend to be negative sometimes. I have a hard time making decisions. I am easily persuaded to change my mind.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm? I feel fine as long, as I am in a safe place at home. The city we live in gets really bad electrical storms and someone is always hit by lightening.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times? I prefer no one to know of my tough times. Occasionally, I might share my feelings with my daughters who are 17 and 15.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc? Yes.

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc? Well sometimes I can be shy and I hate that. Other times when my self esteem is good, I am less shy and I feel friendlier.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?

I try not to have many friends because then I can't keep up with them. When I do have friends I have a hard time finding the time to talk to them, or go out with them or invite them to my house. So I usually perfer to be with family only. I stay away from friends that like to cling to me. I like to call a friend once in a while to get our nails done or watch a movie or have lunch but I can't handle having friends around me all the time and I can't handle friends who want to be around me all the time. I like my space. I prefer to mostly be with all of my family including my children and husband. My husband is a great person with many wonderful qualities but I think he is also a victim of high stress. Our relationship is like sugar and salt/ water and oil. It's chaotic but we have found a way to make 'chaotic' work. However, it is difficult to have conversations with him because he is on another planet and we never see eye to eye. My husband tends to be left out of my little circle. I am usually with my children and other family. My husband loves playing sports. I prefer to do other things so we rarely go out and we rarely do things together.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?

I used to have repeated dreams of losing my middle child (daughter). I used to have real bad hurtful dreams that she passed away and somehow I was not there for her or missed seeing her and then I would arrive at her funeral and it was too late to talk to her and hug her. These bad dreams were so real to me that I still can't talk about them or think about them too much because it makes me cry.

I also used to have bad dreams of big fights with my husband and in my dream he was always mean and unfair or he was betraying me in some way.

I also have dreams of being chased by people who I don't know and in my dream I have to hide and survive.

I also have a phobia against worms, caterpillars, snakes....basically anything that slithers and wiggles like a worm (eels, snails, etc). When I see these type of things - I lose my hearing for a few seconds and I must run the other way.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?

I crave sugar. I have a really bad sweet tooth. I would rather have dessert than dinner sometimes. I love fruit, fresh vegetables, and hot crispy bread with some good cheese. I hate most seafood. The only seafood I like is salmon, swordfish, chilean sea bass. I rarely have pork or beef. I like chicken. I love to eat food from other countries/cultures and try new recipes.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive? My thirst is Normal.

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive? My hunger is Excessive.

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand? Fried foods/greasy food, meat, alcoholic drinks, white sugar, white flour, most fast food/restaurant food, pine nuts, caffeine, chocolate, dark soda, dairy products, What's sad is that I keep eating all this stuff even though my body hates it.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs? My sweat is normal.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type? Since my surgery everything is normal now. I used to have severe constipation problems and this caused a fissure in the rectum area. My bowels did not fit- they could not come out, I even had trouble releasing gas, my anus was extremely tight, I was like this for years and this finally caused a rip (fissure). The doctor performed a fissurectomy (he made a surgical incision in the sphincter muscle) and this helped me losen up and now I use the bathroom normally. (sorry for all the gross details).

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?

Right now I am sleeping well. For some reason though, sometimes I can't sleep and I wake up from 2 am to 5 am or 6 am. Then all this goes away and I start sleeping well again. I like sleeping on my side.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general? I don't have any sexual desires. I am tired and I don't have a sex drive. I might feel desire once a month.

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all? I feel that I can perceive many things and I feel that I can understand and sympathize with people.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication? No medications.

22. What major diseases are running in your family? High blood pressure, clogged arteries, and diabetes.

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.

I am 5 foot 3 inches tall and I am overweight right now. My weight fluctuates extremely. Sometimes, I am a size 4 and then I go back up to a size 14 or 16. For the last three years, I have been gaining weight steadily and I can't find the strength or motivation to help myself and drive to the gym to do something about it. I have lost my willpower and my mental strength to help myself.

Dr. Kadwa,

I took the Calcarea Carb 200 as you suggested but I didn't feel any relief so I started to take it according to the label 6 pellets underneath tongue 3 to 4 times a day. I did this for about 4-5 days in a row and I felt so much better. Everything went back to normal, no itching, no bumbs, all disappeared. Then another 4 to 5 days went by and another bump showed up and it itches. Today I started taking Calcarea Carbonica 200 again, hopefully it will go away again. I think these are 'boils'. Do you have any other suggestions for me? Can I continue to take Calcarea Carbonica 200 everytime I get another boil and use as needed?

Calc Carb 200 should not be targeted at bumps. It should have helped your symptoms like...
I am overweight. I have colic. I have acne (a little under control) but I still get some (especially right before period every month). Recently, I am getting headaches. I am Always Tired/No Energy.
and also your boils!!!
Please take silicea 30c thrice a day for 2 days for wait for few days. If it helps your bumps, you may take it again whenever there is a relapse. Please report back after 15 days.

Hello Dr. Kadwa,

Here is my update. I ordered Calcarea Carbonica 200 and Silicea 200. I finished both bottles. I was taking about 5 to 6 pellets 3 times a day of each (spread out) during the day. With the Calcarea my irritability and fatigue went away. I feel better emotionally when I take Calcarea Carbonia.

Regarding the Boils or bumps, I took Silicea and they went a way but two came back while I was still taking Silicia and I still have them. Should I order more Silicea and Carbonica and continue to take them until I feel better? Or is there anything else I can also try in combination with Silicea for the boils?

Also....I went to go see my primary doctor and he prescribed Zoloft which is an antidepressant. Can I continue to take take my regular homeopathic pellets and Zoloft?

Thanks for all your help!
