Do asian babies cry more and harder?

My uncle is a doctor in US. his friend, when listened to a new born cry in the hospital commented that Asian children cry more and harder than the caucasian babies.

Is there any truth in this statement?

I guess this may be difficult to assess!!! Would be interested to know others thoughts though?!! My caucasian kids screamed the house down a lot of the time and probably woke all the neighbours!!

Thios has to be the sort of wildly general statement that doctors should be impeached for!.
