If the countdown starts from the day menses started, on day 11, 12 and 13, majority of the women are likely to conceive.

You stated:

'my gynaecologist has given me tablet Glumet to take 1 tablet 3 times daily, '

I am indeed very surprised how a qualified medico can possibly give you the patient who does not suffer from Diabetes
3 tablets of Glumet to be taken daily.

You have reported your BP at 105/65 which you must know is very low. The addition of the Glumet will cause it to plummet further and it is not impossible that you may experience light headedness and you can even faint due to lack of Blood Pressure.

You have mentioned that you are a member of the Armed forces and I would request you to ask your doctor for what reason he prescribed Glumet to you.

You can consider yourself as being very fortunate that I responded to your post and was shocked to note that this is how qualified doctors in the Pakistan Forces treat their members. This is the type of mistake that you must expose to your higher officers.

The remedies for your PCOS are:

Kali Brom 6c in the Wet dose taken twice daily.
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily.

Constipation:

Nat Phos 6x dose 2-3 tablets taken after each of 2 meals daily.

Drink at least 3 ltrs water daily

Eat plenty of fruits like Papaya if you have them growing in your country, Bananas etc to keep your bowels active.
Exercise is essential for at least 45 minutes daily.

Report progress in 2 weeks.

I am not qualified to answer your question:

'please also tell me that how to know that at which day do i ovulute because we donot go through intercourse very often?'

I do know however that ovulation usually occurs on about the 13th day after a period and this is the best time. You may however have to wait at least a month for the medication that I have prescribed to take effect before you try again.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.

dear joe
thank u so much 4 ur reply i wil start taking the remedies 4m today. actually i was waiting to find time to write to u that is y i did not had tab glumet at all. n i m otherwise very much scared of the allopathic treatment and i hardly use its medicines.
i called my doc and asked the same question n she told me that when ovaries become polycystic they become insulin sensitive and glumet or glucophage in such cases are effective for reducing the signs of PCOS as well as will help to reduce weight
i dont know how much valid this reason is whereas u may comment better

Your doctor had not considered your very low BP when she prescribed 3 tablets of Glumet to be taken daily. This is the reason why I expressed my surprise as to how she could have done so as I felt that the Glumet would have causee it to plummet further when you may have experienced light headedness and even fainting due to the lack of Blood Pressure.

Since however you have not taken the drugs you are safe.

Start on the therapy I have prescribed and report progress monthly or earlier if you find any matter to comment on.

After about a month on my therapy you can take Nat Phos 6x dose 2 tablets after each of 2 meals to reduce your weight. Do not however take it immediately as I would like to observe your response to my therapy in a month.

u mean shall i stop taking nat phos till a month as i m still taking it????

can u elaborate the side effects of kali brom if any??

'i have read many psychological actions of bromides of potash, also gradual loss of memory and decreasing the heart function, respiration etc??????'

This is perhaps true if the raw chemical is ingested.

I have prescribed the Homeopathic potentized dosage which at 6c is 1 billionth of the original salt. At that 'dilution' it cannot even harm an ant.

Here is the part that refers to your problem:

'Female.--Pruritus. Ovarian neuralgia with great nervous uneasiness. Exaggerated sexual desire. Cystic tumors of ovaries.'

dear joe it has been almost more than a month that i m using kali brom 6 and arnica, 4m today i have planned to start taking nat phos again as u prescribed. now plz tell me how can i know that kali brom had any effect on me? do i have to have sme tests or wat?

You will remember that you discovered your problem after an US Scan.

You can repeat it in 3 months after you started on my therapy to discover if it has helped you.

In the meanwhile I believe that it is OK to take Nat Phos 6x to reduce your weight.

Record your weight and report the drop weekly.

ok thanks alot, i will report back to u after having the scanning done.
