This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please start taking Staph 200 & Avena Sativa as detailed below:

Day 1 - night - 1st dose
Day 2 - Morning - 2nd dose
Day 2 - night - 3rd dose

One dose means:
If the medicine is in pills/pellets form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills. The medicine dissolve by itself, so you don't have to take water (as normally the case in allopathic medicine).
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 2 sips of water. Sip up slowly.

Please also start taking Avena Sativa- Q (mother tincture)
20 drops in half cup of luke-warm water, and sip it slowly. Continue for 15 days - 3 doses/day
report back after 15 days.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

regards,
