Depends on why they are small. Sepia women lose their femininity - they lose the mass of their breasts which make them seem less like women. Women who are masculine seeming, these are the chronic Sepia women.

Only in Sepia women. There are other remedies for masculine seeming women - Conium, Nat-mur, Nux-vomica others too.
