hair problems..please help

Hello, I am 39 yrs, mom of 3 kids. my problem is severe hair loss(hand full)esp forhead.my hair have become so thin and fragile. break so easily.Please help. I've taken single dose of arnica 1M, can i take arnica 30 after that.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If you are benefited from Arnica 1M, please do not take Arnica 30, it will antidote the effects of Arnica 1M.

However, if you are facing some ill effects of 1m, you may take in 30 potency.

Please note that I am not suggesting Arnica for hair loss, it was merely the last line of your post that stated '.... dose of arnica 1m, can i take arnica 30 after that' and i wanted to answer your query.

thanks for your reply. i had neither good nor bad effects after arnica 1M . so sholud i take arnica 30 or would you please recommend something else.
