Urgent_Endometriosis and heart palpitation
Dear doctors,I have been undergoing homeopathic treatment for endometriosis with diarrhea, and heart palpitation since April, 2010. I am 35 now.
Background of diseases:
A) Endometriosis with diarrhea
Ever since I had my period from 13 till 34, I have only experienced 3 times of stomach pain, and 1 time of heavy bleeding.
Then on 3/Feb/2010, I suffered for about an hour of extremely heavy pain in my lower left abdomen, and was sent to the Emergency room with the laparoscopy on 4/Feb/2010.
(Endo deposits are on the uterus and the left ovary with chocolate cysts of 6cm.)
Possible causes:
1) Oct /2008 to July/ 2009 9 months of consumption of Phyto-estrogen , I suspect that my endo problem is due to my consumption of Phyto- Estrogen. I took Phyto-Estrogen 200mg /month.
Ever since the eating of phyto-estrogen, I started to suffer diarrhoea at least 12 times/ month. But before I don¡¦t have diarrhoea problem.
2) Thyroid link? (2007 to present, I have Hyperthyroidism, iodine solution, now under control, no medication needed)
3) Liver malfunction? (I am a Hepatitis B carrier?) 4) Stress and emotion?
B) Heart palpitation
Then on 16/2/2010 to 28/2/ 2010 I have taken American Ginseng 150g for the sake of nutrient supplements after the endometriosis surgery.
Since then, my heart keeps palpitating with fast heart beat even until now. I suffer fast heat beat at sleep and sometimes with very fast heart beat which wakes me up at night. My pulse is 96 at still level, but my normal heart beat in the past was 62 to 72.
Although I have gone to Hospital for heart examinations, like Ultra scan, athletic treadmill, 24 hour Holter, twice, on April2010 and Feb, 2011, which indicate that my heart structure and function are normal, I still suffer fast heart beat.
My doctors advise on anxiety, but I don¡¦t have any sensation or emotion of anxiety.
c) Strain and tightness on back part of my head
This symptom just develops on Dec/ 2010 up till now. I wonder this is due to the remedies I am taking.

For further details of my symptoms and responses to the remedies, Please read my attachments.
My homeopath refuses to treat my heart palpitation with homeopathy.
She asks me to decide whether I should continue with Platina 200c, 4 drops/ take 1 day and stop 2 days for the coming 6 months, or take the oophorium I want,
she said she has no experience of using oophorium,
but I am not sure what to take.
Please advice as soon as possible.

Patient ID: Sex: Age: 35 Asian female in HK.
Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.
1. Describe your main suffering?
a) 16th Feb, 2011, 1 ovary cyst 3cmx 3.19cm on the right abdomen, period pain 1-5 scale, mainly on the first and second day of period, amount, not heavy, strated with bloating, brown blood, with some blood clot,
- 2nd August, 2010 with some haemorrhagic cysts, left abdomen, 2cysts 2X2cm, 1X1cm, right abdomen, 2cysts, 3X2.6cm, 2X 1.6cm, uterus retroverted)
-4th Feb, 2010, chocolate cysts on the left ovary, 6cm, surgery
b) diarrhea, sometimes solid, or soft and solid, every day or the worst 3 times daily, mostly in the morning, before food, sometimes rush out from bed( 5-6 days out of a month), colour, deep yellow, khaki grey, dark brown, or light yellow, orange,
amount: small to heavy
c) heart palpitation, sometimes during the day time, the worst at bed time, fast heart beat at sleep, or wake up with fast heart beat, pulse at still time, 95, before the over dose of American Ginseng 150g/ week, and some of the remedies I taken, my pulse is 62 to 72.
d) strain and tightness at the back part of my head since December 2010 till now,
2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
-lost of memory, itching of vagina, 1 week of bladder infection on December, 2010, white coating in the month, (2 months ago)
3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
- my feeling is to do my best to deal with it
4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
- feel frustrated
5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
Possible causes:
1) Oct /2008 to July/ 2009 9 months of consumption of Phyto-estrogen , I suspect that my endo problem is due to my consumption of Phyto- Estrogen. I took Phyto-Estrogen 200mg /month.
Ever since the eating of phyto-estrogen, I started to suffer diarrhoea at least 12 times/ month. But before I don¡¦t have diarrhoea problem.
2) Thyroid link? (2007 to present, I have Hyperthyroidism, iodine solution, now under control, no medication needed)
3) Liver malfunction? (I am a Hepatitis B carrier?)
4) Stress and emotion?
B) Heart palpitation
Then on 16/2/2010 to 28/2/ 2010 I have taken American Ginseng 150g for the sake of nutrient supplements after the endometriosis surgery.
Since then, my heart keeps palpitating with fast heart beat even until now. I suffer fast heat beat at sleep and sometimes with very fast heart beat which wakes me up at night. My pulse is 96 at still level, but my normal heart beat in the past was 62 to 72.
Although I have gone to Hospital for heart examinations, like Ultra scan, athletic treadmill, 24 hour Holter, twice, on April2010 and Feb, 2011, which indicate that my heart structure and function are normal, I still suffer fast heart beat.
My doctors advise on anxiety, but I don't have any sensation or emotion of anxiety.
c) Strain and tightness on back part of my head
This symptom just develops on Dec/ 2010 up till now. I wonder this is due to the remedies I am taking.

At night.
7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
-Period pain, (6 months of mix drop, 2 months no pian,) ( 4 months with oophorium 30c, the recent 2 months with platina 30c to 200c, no pain)
better, walking, worst, lying down, sitting
-Heart palpitation (worst with Belladonna, Lachesis, Sulphur, better with herbal hawthorn), better, walking, awake, worst, at sleep
-diarrhoea, better, more solid stool with better sleep, worst, sometimes with yogurt,
8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
-sometimes, no diarrhea in the morning, if I dont sleep at home at night.
9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
-nothing to do with weather, but do feel more energy during sunny days
10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
-Im mainly calm, gentle, mild, rational, like arguing, debating, chatting, feel irritated if unfair and unjust things in HK, China and the world,
How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
-God will do his justice to bad people in the world
- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
-depends
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
-No
- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless

-I dont like rats and cockroaches. No repeated dream.

-sweet food, chocolate, ice-cream, (but I am now in a no sugar diet after the Endo surgery)

Please take Nux Vomica 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 3 days and report back after one week.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
Please don't take any other homeopathic remedy.

Thanks for your reply. I really concern about taking other remedies before I can make sense with the problems I am having.
Last night, when I went to sleep, I had violent heart palpitation again. My pulse was 98. My heart was slamming heavily at 3am, almost dead. I couldn¡¦t sleep the whole night.
Then at 6:30am I rushed out of bed for a stool in khaki green and dark color in soild. Later on, at 11am, I had a stool again, which is light yellow, oily and solid.
1)Would you say I am in aggravation or transgression of the previous remedies I have taken?
2)Are there any antidotes to the symptoms I am having or the remedies I have taken?
3) Would you please give comment on the remedies I have taken, based on their dose, potency and repetition, am I taking these remedies in the right dose, potency and repetition?
4) Why I still have symptoms of cysts, heart palpitation, diarrhoea and strain and tightness at the back of my head?????????????

We don't know why the symptoms are there, we suggest the remedy that is the best simillimum in our opinion.
