Azoospermia

Dear Dr. it's been 8 years I did my semen anylisis couple of times but the sperm count is nil. one of my semen report is as follow:

Quantity: Normal Range: 2 ml
Color: Greish white
Transperancy: Opaque
Viscocity: Viscid
PH: 7.5

SEMEN ANYLYSIS CHEMICAL
Fructose: Positive
WBC'S: 03
RBC's: 00
On initial slide there is no spermatozoa identified in 100 fields. Suggestive of Azospermia which is confirmed by spindown.

I was under teatment couple of doctors but all in vain, with use of Antibiotics and other medicine i got kidney infection.

I did needle testicular biopsy and the result is as follow:

MICROSCOPIC EVALUATION
The smears reveal small number of mature spermatozoa along with many scattered spermatogoonia and some spermatocytes. A few Ledydig cells are present.

After 8 months of treatment I discontinued with the treatment as the doctor could not suggest any other treatment after the biopsy.

The pus cells some times decrease and some times increase during the semen anylysis.

Now I have started treatment with a homeopathic doctor as i have described my situation to him. While I ejaculate I had that burning feeling and after ejaculation i also feel the burning. Also I do feel irritation and slight burning in urinary path.

I cannot have a normal intercourse with my wife as she gets infected of me.

The homepathic doctor priscribed me the following medicine:

DAMIANA PENTARKAN Ptk: 40
GRIPE DROPS
L6: Lehning6
with 2 kind of white sweet tablets.

also he suggested not to eat RICE, BEEF, SPINACH & Tomattos.

I am using the medicines since a month i dont feel anything yet nor my burning is cured.

Kindly suggest in detail, shall i continue or use some other medicines, and what can cuse the sperm count as NIL, as my biopsy states that there are sperms, but not comming out.
