any doctor plzzzzzzzzzzzz help

Best wishes for abchomeopathy.
I am 25 year old young man,I feel myself too much weak,
Now present symptoms and conditons are bellow:
mind:.absent minded,weak memory,imagenative, angerfull, avangefull,jealousy,soon tiredness,want no work or study,whenever i do it then soon feel bourdom.
EYE:.short sighted(long sight dim)feel tention while reading.
limbs:.hands and legs are weak(lean and skinny)i mean that weak bones and little flesh over it.some time pain in upper limbes and lower limbes.
chest:.size 29 inches no permanent cough and cold but soon catch cold and cough with the change of season.
PLZ suggest any medicine.i`ll b highly thankful 2 u
