Best way to take homeopathic remedy

Could someone plz tell me what is the best way to take homeopathic remedy....on tongue or under tongue?

Under the tongue.
Let medicine be under the tongue until it has melted. After that, you swallow it.

It depends on your specific symptoms - your practitioner usually works that out depending on the nature of your complaints. Typically you would take it away from your worst time of the day (or week or month) to avoid a stronger aggravation, although it might also need to be taken when specific symptoms appear.

There is no one rule for when or how often to take it - it is individualsed for each patient for best results.
