Costrocondritis

I have read so many postings with the same unanswered, long lasting pain and discomfort of this condition.
It is over three months now that I am still in pain and my new symptom is my chest bone popping and pain under my collarbone. You can only take so much pain releif before it effects you. I have resorted to sleeping on the couch as it keeps me from laying on my left side. If I lay on my left side I wake up all night long in pain. Help....
