Neck Sprain

I have sprained my neck since last few days...I have been slowly doing neck exercises...it hurts but helps to make it flexible...any homeo medicine that may help reduce the pain....massaging & pressing the neck allover helps. Please advise.

Take rhus tox 30c 2 pills or drops thrice daily for three days.

Also apply rhus tox ointment on the site while you massage.
