thin and scanty hair

i'm a 20 year male and facing hair loss for 2-3 years. my hairs were thin from childhood but now they are becoming scanty too. hairs on forehead have shifted back. on keeping long hairs they look unhealthy with different curls. due to thin hair my scalps are visible. i have some acne too. winters bring dandruffs to me. please help me. reply soon.

1. Describe your main suffering?
less and thin hair
2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
acne
3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
depressed
4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.
feel bad. like to be in room. don't want to meet others.
5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
4 years ago. some itching started after bath for 10-15 minutes which continued for about 1-2 years.
7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same? Example- time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.

Please take three doses of Phosphorus 200 as follows and report back after 15 days.

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
