Multiple Problems

Hope someone can help. A little about myself, i'm 32yr old female. It first started in July 2007 I suffered from a bad spell of anxiety, this led me to have insomnia for about 3 weeks (awaking after 3hrs of sleep) and i started to have very mild acne and greasy hair. I began using clindamycin lotion on my face (antibiotic lotion) for my acne. Then in December 07 I started to have loose stools. This stopped after i stopped using clindamycin late jan. (though my doctor said this should not cause loose stools as used on face). I went abroad to south asia in Feb 08 with my mum for 4 weeks and got diarrhea whilst abroad. My greasy hair stopped. A week after i returned my fiance broke off our engagement. I took this really bad. My insomnia started again and still have it. My acne became worse whilst i was abroad which i think was when i got the stomach bug and has remained bad since. I have pimples mainly on my forehead, but also on the cheeks and chin. But my main problem is the loose stools which started when i returned from abroad. I only go once to 3 times a day but it is always loose, like toothpaste and i always have undigested food in them. The odd occasion i will have a formed stool. I do believe my digestion or stomach problems is the cause of my acne. When I first started getting loose stools it was always first thing in the morning and was quite a lot and led me to loose a 8lb in weight and i would always hear gurgling in my stomach when in bed. I don't suffer the early morning loose stools anymore or weight loss, or gurgling. There is no blood, offensive smell. Sometimes there is mucus, odd occasion i have had frothy floating stools. My state of mind, I suffer from anxiety, mainly to do with looks. I have androgenetic alopecia and this is my main concern and it started around the time when all my problems started. I know it is not normal hairloss as I have small thin hairs falling all the time and have found some pubic like hairs on my head. I have never had a problem falling asleep but always wake up several hours later. I prefer heat and my hands and feet tend to feel cold a lot. I have a deep crack in the middle of my tongue and a white coating which developed about 5 months after returning from abroad. I have gotten over my break up. As I have multiple problems, could someone please help me cure my digestive problems first.
My menstrual cycle is regular but since July 2010 it has become a 24 days cycle. Lately i have started to have very painful spots around my crown area on my head. All my blood and stools tests have come back normal. I have always had good health prior to this except from premature white hair which is probably to do with me thinking a lot. I am currently taking a mild sedative to help with my sleep.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Other things:
I don't crave any particular types of foods. I prefer savoury food than sweets. I feel hungry a lot.

Thunder storms:
These have no effect on me

GUIDELINES FOR GIVING HOMOEOPATHIC CASE INFORMATION

It is important to describe all your problems in as much detail as you are able. One word answers and short sentences are not particularly helpful. Discuss each problem one at a time, providing (as a minimum level of detail) the following information.

1. What exactly happens?
2. Describe all sensations and pains. Each pain or sensation should be described in such a way that allows us to imagine having the same pain.
3. What causes the problem to get worse after it has started occurring?
4. What creates some relief for the problem?
5. What triggers the problem into occuring?
6. What time of the day or night does the problem occur?
7. When did the problem start? What was happening in your life at that time? Did some specific event or treatment take place just before the problem started?

Move from one problem to the next, doing the same thing.

As well as this, please describe any traumatic indicidents that have taken place in your life. Discuss anything that has had a lasting impact on you mentally, emotionally or physically.

Discuss the way that you manage or deal with your problems, or any problems that occur in your life.

Discuss any patterns you have noticed in your behavior.

Discuss any part of your life where you feel stuck or unable to change and grow.

Describe your childhood and the kind of environment you grew up in, with reference to your relationships with your family, your school experiences, and any serious childhood diseases.

If your earlier discussions have not mentioned these already, please describe:

1. The specific foods that you crave (not just like) or hate
2. The specific drinks that you crave or hate
3. What your sleep is like
4. How the weather and the temperature affects you
5. What kinds of things in the environment you are particularly sensitive to
6. What your general level of energy is like
7. What your level of sexual energy or desire is like

1. What exactly happens? loose stools with undigested food. I used to have a bowel movement as soon as i woke up and if i had a bowel movement late in the evening it would be more formed. However, for the past 8 months all my bowel movements are loose. The bowel movement i used to have as soon as i woke no longer occurs.
2. Describe all sensations and pains - I have no pain, no cramps
3. What causes the problem to get worse after it has started occurring? It happens all the time.
4. What creates some relief for the problem? Still looking
5. What triggers the problem into occuring? No food triggers found yet, did try to cut out dairy for a few weeks but no difference. i think red meat makes it worse.
6. What time of the day or night does the problem occur? Every bowel movement is now loose
7. When did the problem start? As stated above .

Life

My personality. I'm an introvert, quiet type but very talkative with family and close friends.
I find it hard to open up to others but i am close to my sister so discuss all my problems with her.
I am content with my job and get on well with my family. No major traumas in my life and general health has been good throughout my life. Never had any digestive problems before.
Early childhood/school. Good early childhood. Was bullied at high school for a while but not physically. Being a quiet person did not help. I wish i was a stronger person as i consider myself to be quiet weak.
Not sexually active or in a relationship
I like and crave to drink tea. I have about 2 cups a day.
Anxiety is around looks i.e hair, acne.
my friends are all married so finding a suitable husband.
I like hot weather but also love going out in the snow. I don't like it when it is rainy (miserable).
I don't like people who fidget.

Sleep
I get a few good nights of sleep in a month. I have never had a problem falling asleep but usually wake up after 3 hours and on good day after 5 hrs of sleep. The rest of the night i am awake or half asleep. I only realise i've fallen asleep as i will remember a dream i've just had. I don't suffer from nightmares. I am currently keeping a record of when it is worse but could be around ovulution.I am taking a very low dose of amitriptyline (10mg) prescribed by the doctor to help me sleep, it's an antidepressant at a high dose but has a sedative affect.

Just so you understand, it is not the way of homoeopathy to divide up your problems one by one and treat them, but to look at all the smaller problems as part of a larger problem.

Please expand on the following statements or symptoms. Follow the instructions I gave on defining each problem, as much as you are able:

Describe exactly the feeling of anxiety.

Took it really bad when my fiance broke off my engagement.

Describe 'anxiety to do with looks'.

Painful spots around the crown.

Thinking alot.

Introverted.

What is the feeling when you try or think of trying to open up to others?

Weak person.

Finding a husband.

What is your reaction when people fidget?

What happens 3 hours after falling asleep, what wakes you or seems to? What keeps you from going back to sleep?

1. Took it really bad when my fiance broke off my engagement: I felt like someone had died. Couldn't believe someone would do this to me when I have never intentially done anything bad to other. So found it difficult to understand as i was never given a reason for the break up. I felt betrayed.

Describe 'anxiety to do with looks'. I'm the youngest in the family and have been treated as such. So finding that i'm getting old scares me i.e my white hair. I remeber when i discovered a frown line i felt like i'm getting olf before my time it felf panicked.

Painful spots around the crown: It stings, feel tender in that arear and then get some or raised bumps. I think it is more so around the 14th day of me cycle.

Thinking alot: I tend to worry about little things rather than dismiss them like some people do.

Introverted: I am not loud and find it difficult to start conversations with people i don't know very well.

What is the feeling when you try or think of trying to open up to others? When it comes to work related things I am very confident about discussing things. However, when it comes to feeings i never know what to say. I find it difficult to find within myself what i actually feel or maybe i don't feel deeply about things.

Weak person. In the past i have let people take advantage of me, being the follower rather than the leader. I wish i was able to say no, rather than going with the crowd.

Finding a husband: Within my community you are married quite young. So it's a pressure on myself and my family. All my friends are married and my biological clock is ticking.

What is your reaction when people fidget? I find in annoying and irritating. I always tell the person to stop.

What happens 3 hours after falling asleep, what wakes you or seems to? What keeps you from going back to sleep? I wake up naturally as if it's morning. I don't have anything on my mind. Sometimes i fall back asleep with no problem but will wake again about 3 hours later. Other times i will just lie in bed trying to fall back asleep and i do eventually fall asleep but it's a very very light sleep. I only know that i've fallen asleep as i will remember a dream i've just had. But i would say i'm more awake. When i first ever had insomnia(the 3 weeks i mentioned). That was to do with anxiety. I would wake up as if i had a panick attack. This was when i discovered my frown lines and was due to get married in 9mth time so was starting to feel self-conscious of my appearance. I look back at this now and think how stupid i was.

I thought i would mention some other problems i have which maybe of interest.
1. In the morning, i always have clear mucus in my throat which i have to spit out. I don't have a cough or any throat or chest problems.
2. I have found that i urinate less than used to . Before, i would need to use the bathroom within an hour of having a drink now it's like 3hrs if that.
3. I went on holiday again but this time to north africa. Again i got diarrhea whilst on holiday. Before, i went my loose bowels had got better about 40% (still loose but bulkier than before) and so did my acne. When i returned both got bad as before. I do find alot of the time (sorry for the description)that it starts a bulky but then falls are looose bits (sizes of small finger)

I hope this is a bit better as you can see i find it difficult to describe things. These last few years has been the worst for me ever as i have never had any health concerns or had a bad relationship breakdown before. ( the latter i have completely got over)
