Spermatorrhea ( Dr.Mehfooz ur rehman)

Dear Dr. Mehfooz,

I have been doing masturbation for the past 18 yrs,5-6 times a day. I am 35 yrs old still unmarried but now will going to marry soon.

I have stopped doing masturbation now but now what i see is whenever i exert some little presurre for motion few drops of SEMEN comes out of penis..or even if i dont exert any presurre then also SEMEN comes during motion time.

I am also suffering from constipation problem...i am using ISABGOL after meals and its helping a lot...but i see that becoz of travelling schedule i am getting costipation most of time.
