Asthmatic with recurrent chest infection
I am a 32 year old asthmatic who has been experiencing recurrent chest infections over the last few years which are not responding well to antibiotics.Symptoms include catarrah; dry eyes, chesty cough which is worse both day and night, bringing up green catarrah which is sticky and frothy. chest is painful. This started two weeks and came on suddenly. Antiobiotics prescribed are not working well.
Symptoms are not alleviated at anytime during the day and am physically exhausted, resting does not appear to resolve this situation. in the past have suffered penumonia as a child as well as epilepsy (no longer the case), chronic asthma and i rely on inhalers currently on a daily basis and condition is managed with these except during flu season. i am allergic to penicillin. Not tried any homeopathic treatment but wish to consider this now since convential medicine is not working for me.
Thanks in advance for any help

Hi,
Pls try KALI BICHROMICUM 30, 3 pills evey 4 hours. Make sure you dont eat or drink 30 mins before and after the medicine. just tip the pills over the cap and chew it. dont touch it by hands.avoid strong coffee, raw onion, garlic or strong smelling perfumes till the treatment. You can reduce the frequency of medicine as you get better(like twice or thrice a day). Report to me of any change in symptom.
Also avoid cold stuffs. try having a spoon of pure honey daily.

I posted above for my husband. I have the remedy you recommended. Only change since last post is doctor has prescribed another steroid inhaler for him. his cough is worse, ribs painful. still frothy, lumpy green mucus. should i give him the remedy you recommended - is it still the right one?

For chronic asthma, a full case really needs to be taken for best results.
Is your husband willing to post answers to questions himself on this forum? I find that it is less successful treating cases second-hand as there are many subtle nuances that can only be picked up from directly from the patient themselves.

Update
have been taking the Kali Birch as recommended and have noticed some improvement, however still have cattarrah and mucus on my chest and the doctor has confirmed a bacterial chest infection.
I have been taking honey and the Kali Birch 30c but unsure if require alternative as cough which is wet and i bring up mucus does not seem to be improving
