Seborric Dermatitis

Hi,
I am a 26 year old white female with Seborric Dermatitis on my scalp only. Severe itching, red rash and quite a lot of hair loss. Doctor prescribed Elocon lotion for my scalp (a steriod based lotion) and advised to wash using a tar shampoo which I have been doing. The elocon does help clear it up, but as soon as the bottle runs out the condition returns. It's driving me insane! Is there anything I can do to achieve long term relief?

Scalp medicines such as the one you used are terrible and cause great damage to the whole system.
