This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
This is a difficult area, as Hahnemann didn't give that much information, other than to say that LMs cure the miasms in 1/2 to 1/4 the time as the Cs.

I use the Cs and LMs in my cases. If I only have one of them in my possession for a necessary remedy, then I still give the remedy that the patient most needs in whatever form I have it in.

If the patient is at a distance and can only get the C, that is fine too.

Hahnemann himself used Cs and LMs with the same patients very frequently.

An intercurrent, if it is indicated and needed, cannot spoil a case. If the medicine is different to the first, there is no need for the potencies to be similar, match or complement each other as far as I have been able to tell.
