This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Can you give a detailed description of what she is like at the moment? Give all your observations, anything she is saying or doing, any physical symptoms that are occurring at the same time.

What is the gibberish?
What point does she stammer when talking?
What does she react to?
How do you know she is afraid of dying?

Anything you notice, the tiniest detail, can be helpful.
