High Blood Pressure

My husband is 55 & very recently diagnosed with high Blood Pressure.(ranges from 190/105 - 145/95 now with meds, which have just been increased) High BP runs in family. He is normal weight & non smoker, quite fit, no other problems. Does not want to keep having medication increased (Ramipril) so wants to lower BP naturally. Is there any remedy that can help with this?? Trying low salt diet, stress reduction etc. Thanks

I have had some success in helping patients to reduce their BP with Nat Mur 6x dose 3 tablets taken thrice daily. You can give it to your husband and check his BP after he has been on this remedy for 3 days.

He can also take Arnica 30c in the Wet dose twice daily and it is made as follows:

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done at least 6 times before sipping a capful of the bottle as prescribed.

I presume that your doctors would have advised him to abstain from fatty food and to exercise regularly for at least a hour as all these will help to lower his BP. When his BP is found to have been reduced, he can then reduce his dependence on the drugs gradually and you may like to know that I have many patients who were like your husband showed signs of BP who were first prescribed drugs and later were able to use my therapy to keep their BP under control.

He must also drink at least 3 ltrs of water daily.

Sir,
Iam taking Arnica 30c 4drops 2 times daily for diabetes. Is the dosage correct? or should I take it as wet Dose for better results

ravirmaswamy last decade
To Ravirmaswamy

It is possible that you can aggravate your condition as you are 'taking Arnica 30c 4drops 2 times daily for diabetes.'.

Be advised that this is an overdose

I note my instructions which I have perfected to make the Wet dose:
