I don't have the nose saddle, but patches on both cheeks only.... am hoping the arnica 30c wet dose will help. have also started the kapalbhati pranayam that I read about... today will be day 3

This is your quote on your profile. This is what i was referring to the causation agent. In this case some foreign substance has caused this and this may be different from the ones that respond to crab apple usually.
