Reoccuring pinworms

My son (9) has just been treated for Pinworms for the 6 time in 2 years!

I have been with my husband for 4 years. I have 3 children ages 9,8,5. My husband has 3 children ages 15,10,8. The first two times my son had this problem I took him to the doctor, and he was prescribed 2 pills to kill the pinworms. The doctor asked if anyone else in our home had any symptoms of pinworms. Because our answer was no, he did not offer to treat our entire family.
Once I realized my son was infected a 3 time, I got online and did a little research to find that the entire family should be treated. I also found Pin - X an over the counter medicine for pinworms. This has been our method for fighting the pinworms since with each reoccurrence. At all of the times of infestation, all 7 beds are stripped, carpets, bathrooms, toys etc are sterilized.
Both my husband and I have had problems from our previous marriage with them being unsanitary. Due to this we have been blaming our problem on their lack of hygiene and cleaning of their homes. Also they both have multiple indoor animals. My husbands ex, is notorious for having left animal feces on the floor in excess of weeks even while their children were infants. I have self diagnosed OCD, and am a clean freak, so this has always been an issue between our exes.

That said, I have been researching a parasite cleanse of Wormwood, Black Walnut, and Clover. I began really digging in to information on the internet regarding dosage amounts. I have since stumbled onto information that has me cringing!!!

My son (9) has had these problems, pinworms in stool, anal itching, frequent urination, loss of appetite, aggressive and emotional behavior problems.

All 3 of my step children have learning problems and are severely behind in their schooling. (They are all in special learning classes, and 2 have ADD, one whome is being prescription medicated) The middle daughter (8) has frequent urinary tract infections, blood in her urine, bed wetting, reflux in her kidneys, discharge, and stunted growth.

Since we have moved in with my husband, both of my daughters have often complained of 'bottom rashes' and discharge. My husband has gone to the doctor testing for appendicitis twice now, both times saying appendix is enlarged, but could not explain a cause.

All of these symptoms, after digging and digging on the internet, could be cause be chronic pinworm, or undiagnosed pinworms.

My husbands ex wife is against homeopathy, and puts the kids on antibiotics for EVERYTHING.

My step daughter with all of the urinary problems was recently told by her pedi that she will need surgery to put stints into her kidney to stop the reflux causing the urinary tract problems.

I want to get our entire family checked for a serious infestation. I am concerned that a severe case of pinworms could be the cause for my step daughters urinary and not requiring surgery but rather a good parasite cleans. Am I crazy???

I bought Gaia brand Wormwood Black Walnut Supreme liquid, and Red Clover Supreme. What dosage should I give my family?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
According to information that I have read, pinworms affect school age children between the age of 5 - 10. They occur in groups that are in close or crowded living conditiions. Spreading among family members is common. Animals do not harbor pinworms only humans.
