Attention all doctors please evaluate
age 4 yearProblem:
Eating likes crispy things
Aversions sweets
Doesnot want to do Stools and Urination ...holds stools for two to three days before he ultimatly go for stool
he does urine also reluctantly
Haughty: very upright about himself if he takes a stand and does not get dithered even with threat of punishment like if he is not havong food ...if sometimes he is threatened with punishment he becomes very angry and becomes willing for punishment rather than becoming modest to what he is being told to do.
Gets into rage in when hungry,and doesnt want to eat even when too much hungry.
Repeat things in rage
Cannot stand discord between family members or even strangers. even while watching tv gets channel changed during scenes showing conflicts between characters.Not interested in studies,but has keen observation and memory of cartoons that he has watched
Picks up lines from movies and television but has dificulty in speech has limited vocabulary and
has difficulty in expressing himself...
fond of mummy..treats her like equal
hyperactive,exhaust himself too much.
saliva FROM MOUTH WHILE SLEEPING.SWEATS WHILE SLEEPING,GETS RED IN SUNLIGHT
Doesnt like dirty things wish to have clean bathroom before entering and dining table before having food
Does not like being directed even when being told about a new toy similarly he does not like being directed about his studies he is not keen when instructed ...
he is naughty with elders and will try to annoy them by repeating things that may get their attention and enjoys this behaviour very much when elders find themselves being ridiculed and teased for example he will call them by their names or will do something they forbid him to do .
please help me to train him for his toilet habits and bring him in receptive mode regarding his studies.

Sometimes he punches and slaps when he is in rage but when he hurt his mom he then hurts himself back by banging his head on wall for his act.

yes saliva is bad smelling like egg or dry milk

..also with little play he gets into a lot of perspiration

Mercurius sol is the remedy I was suggesting.
It will help the other problems if my understanding of his aversion to authority is correct. His issue with eating and the toilet is actually a problem with authority and so Merc sol is one of the remedies best suited to a child with that issue. There are others - Causticum is another, but there are more symptoms that suit in Merc.
Make sure you get the correct Mercury though.

thank you sir for your attention ...please tell me how many doses to take and how many times ... i have understood that you have recommended the remedy merc sol...and the potency is 200
...sir also i want to add that this child is very shy on meeting wwith strangers ....i interpret his shyness with being conscious about himself.

One dose only of Merc. Let me know how the remedy arrives - in pillule form or liquid, and I will advise you further on how to give that dose to your son.

Place 1 pillule in a full cup of water (250ml), allow the pillule to dissolve. Stir very thoroughly, then place 1 teaspoon of this mixture into your son's mouth.
If a second dose is needed, you will need a small bottle to make the dose. A bottle with a dropper is ideal, but a small bottle with a lid is fine. The dropper can be separate.
Report after 3 days to see how this single dose of Merc has affected your son.

Firstly repeat the remedy. The pillule needs to be dissolved in a very small bottle of water, with a lid. Once dissolved the bottle must be hit twice very firmly against the palm of the hand. Give the child one teaspoon from this bottle. Then keep the bottle of water in a safe place for further doses.
The potency may also be too high - 12c may be a better place to start. My next step would be look at trying different potencies.

Sulphur seems to be the remedy here. A single dry dose of 200c is what I would recommend.
Mercurius does not match the miasmatic state at play here.
If the potency was too high there would be more response than needed. An aggravation would have happened.
If there is no response from a 200c, that usually means an incorrect remedy unless the patient did something or something transpired to anti-dote the remedy.

sir what observations should i expect after giving medicine ....he also seems to be aware of his speech and toilet problem ...i have been suggested nat mur for late learners of speech and staphysagria for his toilet problem please update me more

There is no need for Nat-m and Staph here.
Just one single dose of Sulphur 200c is to be given.
2 pellets dissolved on the tongue is the dose.
Nothing should enter the mouth 1 hr before and 1 hr after the dose.
Report in 1 week please. You will see changes on the mental plane if Sulphur is the correct remedy. Behavior should improve.

no inclination to eat by himself
prolongs hunger and gets irritated and angry due to hunger
very shy with strangers
no inclination of conversation with strangers including children of his age
no inclination for conversation at school
uses nasal tone when irritated
get intensely involved in activities when playing like running without any reason it is like he just want to release his excitement and energy does not pay attention to any thing like when being taught a game like say using a bat to hit a ball
similarly he will not pay attention to learning alphabets ,,,colours etc
does not recognizes elders as elders treats them as his own age
