Wet dose of Arnica made from 1 liter bottle instead of 500ml? Joe, please help.

Hi Joe,

Can I make wetdose with 1 liter bottle instead of 500ml? I will pour out some water about 3 cm from the bottle and insert 6 drops of Arnica 30c (3 drops for 500ml bottle) and use it. I want to make the water dose of 1 liter and give this to my parents as they stay away from me. 500ml may not be sufficient for two persons. Thats why I want to make it with 1 liter of water.

Please advise. Thank you.

The reason why I stipulate a 500ml bottle of spring water is because the 1 liter size is too large and cumbersome to be used on a daily basis. This size cannot be succussed by shaking the bottle and this is important prior to every dose.

I prefer to give the remedy to my patients in a 350ml bottle which is the ideal size as it is used up in about 6 weeks using a capful as the dose taken twice daily.

Suggest you use 2 x 500 ml bottles and instruct your parents to use the same bottle while they keep the spare in the refrigerator.

Thank you Joe for your kind explanation.

Can I also keep the remedy bottle (5ml Arnica 30c) in the refrigerator?

You can store the Remedy bottle in the refrigerator and you are advised to stick a label on it as in my experience many have reported that the bottle of water is often consumed by a thirsty visitor who opens the door.

In any case even if anyone drinks the whole bottle, there is no damage that can follow as even the contents of the whole bottle constitutes just a dose

Thank you for your explanation. I also started taking Arnica. I will let you know if I see any side effects or face any issues.

Thank you again.
